Mr. Pete Dubas brings to AES Defense Corporation over 45 years of experience in leadership positions of increasing responsibility involving high technology engineering, and program management with AES, L-3 Communications, and Honeywell International. Mr. Dubas holds an outstanding record of successful accomplishments managing challenging, high technology programs ranging from the Saturn/Apollo Lunar Launch Missions, Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Boosters, interplanetary missions, International Space Station and the Delta rocket, as well as Laser based Gyro guidance systems to military avionics programs for such aircraft as F-15, F-16, F-18, and C130. As President of AES Defense Corporation, Mr. Dubas ensures a cohesive corporate strategy that drives AES business interests and strengthens engagement with external stakeholders.

Mr. Mike Tucci has accumulated 40 years of experience in progressive leadership positions involving Systems Engineering, Environmental Test, and Business Development with AES, L3, and Honeywell International. His efforts include Systems Test Manager on the Cassini Program Reaction Wheels (NASA mission to Saturn) and the International Space Station Control Moment Gyroscope (CMG), as well as the fire control system for the Multiple Rocket Launch System (MLRS) weapon system. Mr. Tucci joined AES in 2011 as Director of Proposal Management, prior to his current responsibility of total oversight of Business Development. Mr. Tucci leads the AES strategic teaming initiatives, and is the prime mover in driving AES growth within our targeted business segments.

Mr. Jalpesh Vora, Senior Vice President of Finance & HR at AES, has dedicated over 15 years to establishing the company’s financial foundation. His responsibilities encompass a wide range of areas, including DCAA compliance, indirect rate strategy, JAMIS ERP implementation, contract pricing, and human resources management. As the head of the finance and HR function, he has played a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth, navigating audits, and achieving organizational milestones. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is an active community volunteer and organizer, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to service that transcends the confines of the office.

Mr. Eric Detamore is a skilled business executive with deep expertise in program planning, execution, and leadership supporting complex Department of Defense (DoD) programs. Mr. Detamore spent seven years at General Atomics, where he held roles in Business Operations and Project Management, supporting multiple U.S. Air Force and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Over the past two decades, Mr. Detamore has served in business development and proposal leadership roles within the defense contracting community, including as a Director at InnovaSystems, where he supported DoD customers through capture strategy, proposal development, and customer engagement. He continues to play a pivotal role at AES Defense Corporation, providing technical leadership, corporate oversight, and strategic support from the company’s headquarters. Mr. Detamore’s career reflects a strong commitment to mission execution, disciplined program management, and customer success.

Mr. Matthew Huemiller is a Defense industry executive who currently serves as the Director of Program Management for AES Defense Corporation. Mr. Huemiller brings over 20 years of experience leading high-value, mission-critical aviation and sustainment programs for the Department of Defense. He oversees AES’s portfolio of Defense contracts, driving enterprise performance across cost, schedule, technical execution, and regulatory compliance within cleared environments. Rising from hands-on aircraft maintenance to executive leadership, he brings a rare combination of operational depth and strategic vision, enabling disciplined program execution and scalable growth. Mr. Huemiller is a trusted advisor to government and industry stakeholders, known for strengthening governance, leading high-performing teams, and positioning AES to win and execute in competitive federal markets.
